Christina Brown, BCBA
Interim Clinical Director
Christina Brown has been working as a BCBA since 2017. Christina has a background in Special Education, with experience working with early learners through high school-aged individuals. She received her Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning from the University of Houston in 2014 and her Master of Arts in Low Incidence Disabilities and Autism from Sam Houston State University in 2017. Christian has provided services in diverse settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. She has also developed expertise in delivering ABA interventions to learners, focusing on social, functional, and daily living skills needed for the transition post-high school. She has successfully extended support to individuals with various diagnoses to help employ evidence-based strategies to foster their growth and development. In addition to her direct service provision, she is proficient in utilizing Telehealth technology and remote in-home services to ensure seamless access to quality care for her learners and their families since 2020. Before her role as a BCBA, she spent three years as a high school special education teacher in the public schools of northwest Houston. This experience gave her valuable insights into the unique challenges her learners and families have faced, further strengthening her ability to tailor interventions to their specific requirements. Eric Turner
Assistant Director
Eric has been working in the field of ABA since 2016. He received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Utah State University, and Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. He became a BCBA in 2020, and has worked with children, adolescents, and teenagers in different settings including school, home, and the community. His favorite part of working with children and their families is being able to incorporate their interests and priorities into sessions, as well as see the progress that can be made building skills and allowing learners to access greater opportunities. Care Coordinator
Amy is married with an adult daughter and a baby pit-bull. She has spent her career working in non-profits, reproductive health and education. She loves iconoclasts, uppity women, knitting, and The Grateful Dead.
Brandi Bramlett
Behavior Analyst
Brandi has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2006. Brandi completed her graduate program at the University of Central Oklahoma in Special Education (severe/profound) with an emphasis in Integrated Behavioral Analysis. She has earned her While completing her degree Brandi worked with clients with a diverse range of diagnoses in both urban and rural areas of Oklahoma, across settings including home,school, clinic, and community. After passing her boards Brandi sought new opportunities to grow her skill sets as a BCBA, which lead to practicing across multiple states. Brandi gained experience along the way that lead to her to start multiple clinics in northern Nevada. Brandi has worked with clients across the life span including ages 2 through 60 with an emphasis in Autism and related disorders. Brandi specializes in complex cases with co-morbid conditions and verbal behavior. Brandi is passionate about the science of applied behavior analysis and the dissemination of its principles and procedures. JaCee Zarate
Center Manager
With over nine years of experience as a nanny for a variety of families, JaCee has developed a deep passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and happiness of children. Her hands-on work with children has provided her with invaluable insights into the unique needs of children as individuals. In addition to her practical experience, JaCee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, giving her a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and business operations. She is committed to blending these skills with her nurturing approach to create an environment where both learners and families thrive. Outside of work, JaCee enjoys reading, hiking, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband and family. Makiah Johnson
Clinical Coach
Makiah has experience in being an RBT for over 4 years where she has found her passion in working with children and their families. For her, the best part of the job is seeing the growth in kids and supporting their families throughout the process. She has earned her Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Studies with an emphasis of Family Studies & Human Development from Utah Tech University. Making a positive impact in other’s lives is what drives Makiah to continue to pursue this line of work. Training Specialist
Tiaré began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2020 and has numerous experiences of being a Mentor, a QA Reviewer, and now a Training Specialist. She loves the field of ABA and is excited to expand her knowledge and skills. Before becoming an RBT, Tiaré worked in school districts, special needs classrooms, residential homes, and day programs as a Direct Support Professional. Jeremy Maxwell is from Orange County California and has been working with adolescents for 5 years. He has worked with all different populations such as mental health, juveniles, and autism.
